The SCAPE team comprises over 120 people who have come together with the singular vision of making game development and Web3 gaming accessible to game developers of all levels of experience and players alike. United behind this goal, we are dedicated to delivering a platform and gaming experience unlike any that has come before.

BASTIAN GEISSLER

FOUNDER & CEO

Over 20 years of experience in software development with over 10 years of product management and team management experience in the games industry.

Raised over €25 million to date to deliver world-first technology for SCAPE.

STEVEN MARTIN

GAME DIRECTOR

Over 15 years of experience in the game industry, with 10 years of experience in game design.

Designed and lead renowned projects such as Angry Birds and Bad Piggies.

Responsible for work on multiple game titles which reached the App Store’s all-time “Top Grossing Apps” list.

CHRIS COLLINS

HEAD OF MARKETING

Over 20 years of experience in the game industry, including leadership roles at EA and DICE with multiple 100+ people teams.

Worked on titles such as Dungeons & Dragons, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and Battlefield.

Extensive experience in game publishing at companies such as Raw Fury and META, publishing indie titles such as Pathfinder, Sable, and Kingdom: Two Crowns.

DANIEL KIM

ART DIRECTOR

Over 20 years of experience in game and animation art directing.

Extensive experience in different art styles across a variety of different game styles, including AAA games, VR games, mobile games, and PC games.

Extensive experience with team management, having lead multi-disciplinary teams across studios such as FunPlus, Wargaming, and BON Games.

RICK TAYLOR

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Joining us from Crytek, Rick is an extremely experienced Community Manager.

Has lead influencer and creator outreach programs, and previously worked at EA’s DICE and BioWare studios managing the core Battlefield community and Star Wars: The Old Republic (both communities had over 1M members).

EMILIA RUSSELL

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Extensive experience managing communities at the intersection of Web 3 and traditional gaming.

A founding member of Immutable, and the head of community for their flagship title, Gods Unchained.

In addition to this, Emilia has helped Animoca Brands launch key title Phantom Galaxies to over 90,000 Steam wishlists, is a Women in Games Ambassador, and has consulted on organic social media growth to public companies, studios, startups, and everyone in between.
